schnex.com is operated by SCHNEX from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The site presents a professional catalogue, dealer information, support services and, where enabled, a direct store. Content is provided for trade buyers and end users of SCHNEX tools. We may change prices, availability and specifications without notice when a product is updated or withdrawn.
Accounts
Customer accounts are for named professional users. You must keep login details confidential and tell SCHNEX if you believe the account has been used without authority. SCHNEX may suspend an account that is used to abuse warranty, scrape the catalogue or interfere with other users.
Orders and supply
Where direct purchase is enabled, an order is an offer to buy. SCHNEX accepts the order when the order number is issued and stock is confirmed. Title passes on full payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Products fulfilled by Amazon, Noon or an authorised distributor are sold under that seller’s terms; SCHNEX remains the brand and warranty principal as set out in the warranty policy.
Catalogue accuracy
Product codes, images and specifications are published in good faith. Photography on a light product-photo background is for identification, not a finish guarantee. If a published specification is material to your purchase, confirm it with SCHNEX sales or the supplying dealer before you commit volume.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit false warranty or dealer information, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, or republish SCHNEX catalogues as your own. Manuals and catalogues remain SCHNEX copyright and may be used to specify and service SCHNEX products only.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, SCHNEX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, including lost production time caused by relying on an outdated PDF. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Tool use remains the operator’s responsibility and must follow the user manual and local safety rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For dealer supply contracts, the signed SCHNEX distribution agreement prevails over this website notice.
