Warranty policy

SCHNEX warrants selected power tools against defects in materials and workmanship for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase by the original professional end user, provided the product is registered or the original proof of purchase is produced. Hand tools and accessories are warranted against manufacturing defects at the point of supply. The period applicable to a specific product is stated on the product page and in the user manual.
What SCHNEX will do
If a defect covered by this policy is confirmed, SCHNEX or an authorised service centre will repair the product, replace it with an equivalent current model, or refund the purchase price at SCHNEX discretion. Replaced parts become SCHNEX property. Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period except where UAE consumer law requires otherwise.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover wear parts and consumables (including brushes, discs, belts, batteries beyond stated cycle life, and safety helmets after impact), damage from overload, drop, water, incorrect voltage, missing cooling, or use outside the manual. Unauthorised repair, modified housings, missing serial plates and tools used for hire without SCHNEX written approval are excluded. Commercial downtime, hire charges and third-party labour are not reimbursed.
How to claim
Submit a claim through the SCHNEX warranty form with customer name, contact details, country, product name, serial number, purchase date, seller and a description of the fault. Attach proof of purchase. SCHNEX will issue a claim number (WAR-year-sequence). Do not return a tool until a service centre or support engineer instructs you. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Batteries and PowerCell
PowerCell 21V packs are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the pack or tool page. Capacity reduction from normal cycling, storage at high temperature, or use of non-SCHNEX chargers is not a defect. Packs must be presented with the tool if the claim concerns runtime.
Law
This policy is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and the country of purchase. Where a local consumer statute provides a longer mandatory period, that period applies to the statutory remedy only.
